Andrew Caudle and The A-Team
- It has never been easy to talk about myself....so here's the "readers digest" version. I have worked in a variety of trades that have taken me all over the country. I began my career as a Realtor in 2005 when my wife and I relocated here from Orlando. As I grew in my profession I became one of the top producing agents at the firm I was working at and joined forces with another top producing agent and we began to work as a team. Because both of our names began with an "A", Art and Andrew, we coined ourselves as "The A-Team". I know....kind of corny, but pretty catchy??
- As The A-Team developed into one of the areas top producing real estate sales teams we chose to work at RE/MAX because of their stellar reputation and the level of professionalism they exhibit. We have found that there is a wealth of knowlege available through centuries of combined experience from the agents and brokers at RE/MAX Real Estate Results, not to mention the proven systems of RE/MAX International!! Now that we have settled in, we are confident that RE/MAX is the place for us.
- After all................Nobody Sells More Real Estate Than RE/MAX!!!!!
- In reality it all comes down to this: We are a couple ordinary guys who's very different paths led to the same place, and we share a work ethic that commits us to always do what is in the best interest of our clients. We are truly only interested in.....What you are interested in!! No matter how big, or small, a property our clients need to buy or sell, they recieve the same great level of service!
- The Code establishes time-honored and baseline principles that come from the collective experiences of REALTORS® since the Code of Ethics was first established in 1913. We operate strictly under this Code Of Ethics.
- Our clients are our first priority, but our reputations as professionals in the real estate community is equally important to us. We successfully operate through cooperation with other REALTORS® in our business. It is this cooperation that has enabled us to reach Diamond Level Achievement Awards for the past two years through the Rogers Board of Reators.
- To us Ethics is easily summed up as "Always doing the right thing". Honesty, integrity, respect, sincerity, empathy, and genuine concern for the people involved in the transaction.......instead of simply close the deal and get paid.......is what the business is about to us.
- Real Estate is a business that is always evolving and changing. Because of this, we must evolve and change through education. As professionals, we feel it necessary to seek information wherever we can as we see a new trend in the market, or to increase our knowlege of the market that we operate in.
- In this rapidly changing real estate market, if your not learning.....your not earning. Every day we monitor the local real estate market so that we can use the information that we acquire to better serve our buyers and sellers.
- If there is a dip in the market, our clents need to know!
- If there is a gap in the market, our clients need to know!
- If we are asked a question that we don't have the answer to immediately, we find it. We would rather admit that we don't know, than to lie to you!! Not having all of the answers gives us an opportunity to learn. Like I said earlier: If you're not learning in this business.............you're not earning in this business.
